1. The Service

PrintWorkMonitor is a cloud-based management platform for large format and digital print businesses. It provides job sheets, quotations, invoicing, receipts, inventory and material tracking, supplier records, production queues, employee performance tools and financial reporting. Access is provided on a subscription basis according to the plan you select.

2. Accounts and accurate information

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account and under the accounts of staff you invite to your workspace. You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it up to date.

3. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of your selected plan. You must not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or sublicense the Service, and you must not circumvent technical limits, user seat counts or plan feature gates.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law;
• use it to commit fraud, send spam, or store or transmit malicious code;
• upload artwork, logos or content that infringes another party's intellectual property rights;
• probe, scan, scrape or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service; or
• attempt to access data belonging to another workspace or tenant.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the business data, customer records and artwork you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate and support the Service for you.

6. Intellectual property

Printspire retains all ownership of the Service, including its software, documentation, design and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

7. Service level

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

8. Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Subscriptions are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller, Paddle, and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Free trials convert to a paid subscription only if you choose a paid plan; no charge is taken during a trial.

9. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time. On termination you may export your data during a reasonable export window, after which it may be deleted.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

13. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Printspire is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
